Love the new radio system, not sure where I am going to mount the amp at this point. I would like to place the amp under seat but the remote will not change the FM stations. I plan on using my IPOD mostly but the battery will run down before I am done riding. I would give this system a perfect 10 if the remote would change the FM stations. Great system otherwise.

I've had this on my Nomad for over 2 years. The sound is great and can be heard at any speed. However.... Since the unit is not water-proof, I mounted it inside my travel trunk. This creates a problem in the hot summers here. On hot days, the tuner cuts off after about 10 minutes or less (due to no cooling air inside the trunk and the sun beating down on the trunk).

Just tested this system and yes for the money its worth every penny. The mounting of the speakers and amp will be tricky on my 99 Fat Boy, but I am surely going to give it my best. The FM tuner is not the best, but my Zune has a FM tuner and works very well. To get the most sound out of this unit with a Mp3 it seems you must have the volume at the lowest setting on both the Mp3 And the amp when plugging in the Mp3, then turn the Mp3 all the way up and then use the remote. I installed this system on my Honda Foreman 500 4X4. WOW!!! For such a compact unit it packs a punch. I mounted the speakers on my gun rack bases and put the amp in my mini glovebox where i have easy access to it even while I'm riding. I have been as fast as 50 mph with the volume not even close to max and could still hear it loud and clear. I just received my system for my bike ( C50 Boulevard 2008 ). Shipplng was excellent, only took less than 2 weeks. It took only hour or so to hook & setup the system. I put the speaker bracket in the same holes as the mirrors and mount the speakers just to the inside of the mirrors. They look awesome, fit well with the bike. just keep in mind, the remote is not water proof so if it gets wet it will stop working. I wrapped mine in a small plastic bag(ear bud bag) and mounted it under the gas tank which seemed to work keeping it dry.

not sure why but the tuner after about 15 minutes cuts out and the sound thru the speakers sounds like a broken record,i shutt the unit off,and turn it right back on and it works,after a short time it cuts out again,any help out there,i installed xm thru the system and went for a ride to-night same thing happened,the unit is inside my tool kit on a suziki boulevard,could it be overheating?or is the amp not working properly?

I got this system, with the new 3" speakers, for $135.00. I was a little hesitant, but saw all of the great reviews so I ordered it. I received the system about a week after ordering it. Excellent product. So very easy to install, absolutely nothing to it. Thought I might have a problem with my Vance and Hines exhaust but this little unit over powered them and can hear the music while riding down the highway. A great buy for anyone. Wow at first I was scared to buy this. Wow I dont know why I waited so long. Simple install on my VTX 1300. Took me about ½ hour to get it on my bike and running. What a Gem. The stereo arrived in 4 days. I had to reconfigure the speaker brackets, so that they were attached to the windshield. Worked great, sounds great,only wish I could change channels from remote. I received my 250 Watt system from Gooddeals18 within 3 days of ordering. It installed on my KZ1000P (think CHIPS) quickly and easily (even an caveman could do it!) It sounds fantastic with my Sansa Fuze MP3. The only snag I ran into is that the cord to connect my MP3 to the amplifier did not fit into my MP3. This system is installed on a 2006 Suzuki 650 Burgman with a Danson Trike. The system is awesome. It took about 35 minutes to installed. Installed with industrial strength velcro. Just installed the 250 watt system on the ole ladys trike ( 03 VTX1800C} and man is this a nice system. Very easy to install. Mounted reciever to top of triple tree behind speedo and speakers mounted right up to the windshield braces. Now just need to figure out how to mount a couple of speakers in the tour pack so the passenger can hear it better at highway speeds.

I bought my unit a week ago they shipped it fast. I am very happy with the system it rocks . I can hear it on my Honda Valkyrie no matter how fast I am going. I just ordered a subwoofer for it and I will leave a review on it as soon as I install and test it . I do wish the antenna was a lil better.

I bought my first 250 watt system about 1 month ago and love it. I can hear music going down the road nomatter what speed, even 80mph and above. I did add a regular speaker in the subwoofer port and ran it back to in back of the back rest so my wife could hear it better. Buy this product it Kicks A and their support is out standing. I installed my 2 months no and use it every day blew out a speaker and they are replacing right away Nice and loud a 80 can still here it even with just one speaker and V&H Bigradius pipe.

This system is veryloud, I have Cobra drag pipes, on a M109R. Just got done installing the speaker system. Will take longer than 15 minutes to install in a clean a proper way. But well worth it! Cant wait to take it down the road!

I installed the 250 watt system this past weekend. I have to say, I'm impressed. Good sound, even hitting the highway doing 90, the music comes through crisp and clear. The radio reception is just OK, maybe I can move the antenna wire to get better reception. But overall, a very good deal.

Wow - I can tell you that these are extremely loud and a great bang for your buck! I first used a regular Mp3 player and wasnt that impressed. Then I hooked it up to the IPOD and it was LOUD! You cant beat this for the price you pay. I can hear this on the highway going around 70 no problem! It does not come with handlebar brackets though. Stereo could not get good reception but MP3 player rocks!

I bought this last year and put it on my 2001 ZX12R. The black speakers blend in perfectly to my inner fairing. No one really knows they are there until I turn the music on....lol. A sportbike with a radio!!! If I turn it up too loud it starts distorting. Maybe I have mine tuned wrong or something. But I can't really hear much over about 70ish but I am on a sportbike so that's understandable. But in riding around town, PERFECT!! The only downside is that you can only tune and save one station...

The system really is easy to install, VERY LOUD! Can adjust bass, treb. Has a clock, nice to have a remote as well. I got the opportunity to talk to folks @ GOODDEALS18.COM, and they were professional. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE/QUALITY. "Try it you'll like it".

Ordered my system Thurs. recieved it on saturday 30 minutes later was finished with the install. great system unbelievable sound from such a small unit, am very pleased. Mounted mine right on the windshieled of my bike looks great sounds even better.only problem is clock is upside down but who cares what time it is when you're riding.

I have the 100 watt system and I love it. This year I decided to treat myself to the 250 watt system. WOW!!! This unit is alot louder. My wife now has the 100 watt system. Keep banging out great systems and please keep the price as is. I made a few $$$ reselling these to my buddies

Had no problem installing this on a 750 Shadow, just ground off the L shape of the bracket and used a SS clamp to clampt it to the handle bars. Was up and running in about 45 Min. Just Love it and higlt impressed, with it.

Great Deal ranked 5.0 our of 5 I bought this system after seeing other systems that ranged from $250-400 for what looked like the same thing but was only 100 watts.
